What each package includes

Every model comes in three packages, and each one includes everything in the one before it.

Structural shell

Frame, walls and roof, for you or your own builders to finish.

Load-bearing frame of hot-dip galvanised steel profiles, designed to structural and seismic standards
Exterior wall panels, 16 cm thick: cement-bonded particleboard (Betopan) on both sides, an insulating core of EPS or, optionally, stone wool, and a built-in galvanised load-bearing profile
Interior wall panels, 10 cm thick: Betopan boards with an EPS core
Steel roof trusses, metal-tile or trapezoidal sheet roofing and waterproofing membranes
Gutters and downpipes

Semi-finished

Closed and insulated, with windows, doors, wiring and pipes.

Everything in “Structural shell”, plus:

Plasterboard ceilings with mineral wool laid above them, for thermal and sound insulation
Finished and clad eaves
The final facade finish: mineral render, siding or decorative elements, as in the approved design
PVC or aluminium windows with energy-efficient double glazing, and window sills
An armoured front door
Interior MDF doors with frames and trims
Wiring: concealed cables to every box, as designed, and a main distribution board (no switches or sockets yet)
Plumbing: hot and cold water and drainage pipes to every point in the bathrooms and the kitchen
A levelled floor base, ready for the final floor covering

Turnkey

Ready to live in. You bring the furniture.

Everything in “Semi-finished”, plus:

Laminate flooring in the living areas, porcelain or ceramic tiles in the hallways, kitchen and bathrooms, with skirting boards
Walls and ceilings painted with latex paint, in colours you choose
Finished bathrooms: wall and floor tiles, a toilet with a concealed cistern, a washbasin with mixer tap, a shower enclosure or screen, and a water heater
Switches, sockets, basic light fittings and connected circuit breakers in the distribution board

Exterior walls: EPS or stone wool

The exterior panels can have a core of EPS (expanded polystyrene) or stone wool. EPS is light and insulates very well. Stone wool doesn’t burn and keeps out more noise. If you’re not sure which to pick, we’ll help.
