Ten houses, all on one floor
Sizes range from 40 m² with one bedroom all the way up to 145 m² with three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Packages
You choose where we stop
We can leave you a bare shell to finish yourself, a closed and insulated house with the windows, wiring and pipes in, or one that’s finished down to the light switches.
Structural shell
Frame, walls and roof, for you or your own builders to finish.
Semi-finished
Closed and insulated, with windows, doors, wiring and pipes.
Turnkey
Ready to live in. You bring the furniture.
No package includes the foundation slab. You have it built to our drawings.
