How we work

How a house gets built

What happens at each step, and who does it.

  1. Consultation

We talk about your plot, your budget, when you’d like to start and what you need from the house. Then we help you choose a model (or start on a bespoke design) and a package.

  2. Quote

We send you a detailed quote for the model and package you chose. The price depends on both, and on where you’re building, which is why you won’t find prices on this site.

  3. Foundation drawings

We send you the drawings and technical details for the reinforced-concrete slab. You have it built before the house arrives.

  4. Production

Our certified partner factory makes the steel frame and the wall panels for your house.

  5. Delivery and assembly

We bring everything to your plot and put the house together there.

  6. Handover

We hand the house over to you, finished to the package you chose.

Why a prefabricated house

  • Made in a factory

The panels and the steel frame are made indoors, to exact measurements, not out in the weather on a building site.

  • Less time on site

Putting up ready-made panels takes far less time on site than building with bricks and concrete.

  • Well insulated

The insulated panels and double-glazed windows keep the heat in during winter and out during summer.

  • You know what’s included

Each package has a fixed list of what’s in it, so you know what you’re paying for before we start.
